These are the general terms under which Sayso, a service of Orbital Marketing LLC ("Sayso", "we"), provides creator content and distribution services.
All engagements are defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Deliverables, timelines, pricing, and usage licenses are stated in the scope. Work begins after payment is received.
Engagements are prepaid by invoice unless the scope states otherwise. Payments are non-refundable once creator work has begun, except as stated in the scope's delivery terms.
If a campaign underdelivers against its stated target, the remedy stated in the scope applies: extension of the campaign, rollover of unused creator budget, or another remedy agreed in writing.
Content is licensed to the client under the terms stated in the scope. Sayso secures matching licenses from creators. Content may not be used beyond the licensed scope without written agreement.
Sayso's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Sayso is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the performance of third-party platforms.
